[Fvwm-crystal-users] python3 bump

Just to say I just bumped the 4 python scripts in fvwm-crystal from
python2 to python3. Python upstream will end its long term support of
python2.7 by the end of that year, which should imply than it will
disappear from most distributions.

It is in the svn and will be part of the coming release.
