[Fvs-updates] First source release available

The first source code release of FVS is available online. Check the website (fvs.sourceforge.net) for instructions on how to download from the CVS server. This is first release so it is not very neat and there may be bugs here and there. It should work and I have provided three sample fingerprints. 2 are from the same group (should match) and 1 is not. For futher testing download sample fingerprints and try it out. Please send me your results so I can see how it is going.
