All tool tips (and the installer page) are in Russian, not english.

Wouldn't be too bad if i'd downloaded a multilingual pagackage, but it does say en.sxd.

Can't even customise the toolbar.

  BTW, in the Extention manager, the version numbers are all 1.0.29. In the "About" page, only draw is 1.0.29: Storage is 1.0.16 and Kernel is 1.0.beta.
