#9 Multiple CSS or UIs

We should add the feature to select multiple CSS styles,
or even a template to create a custom CSS page. This
allows the content to be outputted into a user-defined
look and feel.

uug.byu.edu Has a feature that you can change the look and
feel of the page, they are alos big advocates of opensource
so....... we could ask for the page code and how it's done.
