[FusionViewer-users] Errors Running FusionViewer (beta) on Windows XP 32bit.

Hi.
We have been widely using FusionViewer (beta version) in our research lab.
but when I tried to install it on three of our new machines (running 
windows XP 32bit),
it got some strange errors:

1- on the first machine, after installing the windows installation file, 
and installing the appropriate JAVA JRE and JDK (which are the 
recommended ones in FusionViewer's own web site).
I get an error massage which says "missing msvcr71.dll". I got the 
mentioned dll from another machine and copied it into system32 folder of 
this machine. Now the window appears, but after opening a file I see the 
"progress bar" animating but nothing happens...

2- on the second on, it starts well, but upon opening a file it says:
"Error while loading file. Unable to set pixel format 21 for device 
context 0xffffffffb90108cc: error code 0"

3- And finally on the third one, it loads, and the mouse arrow changes 
to cross hair, but I can see the background of windows, not the loaded 
picture [seems the window does not refresh or update, as this is the 
same thing when we forget to update(); refresh(); in C# or C++].

Can anybody please help me with a solution to these problems.
Is it possibly due to openGL or JOGL? Should I update something?

FusionViewer is so good, and we are so used to it that we can not 
neglect it's benefits at all.
