#2 can't even start on my win98

after unpacking the binary "fusion_commander-0.30.00.exe" from the .zip, I get an alert box
saying:

FUSION~1 [TITLE]

Run-time error '429':

ActiveX component can't create object

OK [BUTTON]

This is an alert box with a yellow triangle.

Then the application exits without any other effect.

I tried it on Windows 2000 server, and the same
happened.
