CreateDatabase crashes on files without a SZ node.
I had to comment out the code for this part and return 19 to successfully create databases from the go4go games-collection.
Maybe just trust the user for only including games from specified board size in the command line ?

I haven't had any games without SZ tag so I didn't think this would be an issue. I'll look into it this weekend.
Corrected in svn version 78.
Added support for missing SZ tag. If SZ is missing the provided (or default) size will be used and a warning will be written to the log.
