I want to overlay /etc and /var using funionfs. While I tested this, I came
across a fusermount problem - fusermount wants to create a mtab.lock file
and wants to update /etc/mtab. Well, this won't work on a read-only

Looking into the sources of libfuse, there's fuse_opt.c, well, thats about
350 lines and not a single comment :(
Actually I only wanted to pass an option to fusermount and not to study the
hole sourcecode *grumble*. Its written well, but without knowing the idea
behind and without comments this takes some time to understand how it
works - time I could spend to write code.
