I use the fuse python bindings for most of the work I
do on FUSE.
The xmp.py file which is the same as fusexmp with the
normal C libraries shows:
def __init__(self, *args, **kw):
Fuse.__init__(self, *args, **kw)
qfile = None
# do stuff to set up your filesystem here, if
self.root = '/'
Because self.root points to '/', it mirrors your root
file system. However you can simply change self.root
to say, '/home', '/media', '/mnt', etc to mirror that
To answer your question, any fuse filesystem will not
do this as James has said.
