- No longer displays stacktraces for all thrown exceptions on stdout, since exceptions are also used for common things like "file not found" etc.
- Setting f_frsize for statfs, since mac osx didn't see any free space otherwise

My 2.2.3 sourcetree was previously patched for building on Mac OS X with the patch mentioned here:
