Initial Comment:
Currently gtk version always starts in 320x240.
With this patch the size is calculated. It depends on the machine and graphicsfilter settings.
BTW, When I saved settings and run SVN fuse again, I got a segfault, because the value inside <disktryimage></disktryimage>
is read as NULL, not "".

Can you enhance the patch so that the full list of supported scalers is
shown in the Filter selection dialog and when the scaler is selected, the
window is resized if required?
