Initial Comment:
This is a "WIP" patch, so much thing not working yet... and make a lot of noise on stderr

So, this emulation is 
- not EVENT "driven" yet
- WRITE/FORMAT not working at all
- multitrack READ not working
- have a lot of problem...

but one thing works: CAT

In this patch, the READ ID/DATA/DIAG commands are work with EVENTs too.

In this patch, the SEEK and RECALIBRATE commands are work with EVENTs.
Theoretically paralell seeks and recalibrates are work, but i cannot
test...

This version has some READ TRACK (READ DIAG) stuff and a 'weak/random'
sector hack for Speedlock (track 0 sector 2).

So, speedlock hack:
-BuggyBoy.dsk.zip
-WhereTimeStoodStill.dsk.zip works,

READ DIAG:
- Batman-TheMovie(DoubleCase)(ErbeSoftwareS.A.).dsk.zip works

Not work:
- ChaseH.Q..dsk.zip
- Batman-TheMovie.dsk.zip

Now, we can format disks...

-multi track READ/WRITE,
-READ DIAG (READ TRACK)
-and the SCAN commands not emulated...

Only the Disk B ... hmmm... working so curiously (Unknow disk error??)...
