#230 sharing.cfg parse problems

It seems that Furthur has trouble dealing with
sharing.cfg files that have either CR/LF, or only CR or
LF at the end of a line. I'm not sure what the problem
is, but this thread shows and example.

It would be nice if the client could parse the file
whether each line ends with CR, LF or both.
Alternately, it should be able to repair the file if it
finds the wrong line ending.
