FurCoder-2.0.0 Released

FurCoder now uses the FOX-1.7 series of the FOX library. This is a "development" version, but the last stable release of the 1.6 series hasn't seen an upgrade since 2019, so it's about time for an upgrade. The appearance hasn't changed from one update to the other. FurCoder looks and works the same, as there wasn't much that needed to be rewritten for the new libraries.
