#14 Automatic database rebuilds

It would be nice if FUPPES could be configured to rebuild the database periodically (every few hours, daily, weekly, ...).

Another solution would be to modify the command line version to accept a parameter, for example "/r", that would instruct FUPPES to rebuild the database. That way, the command line could be scheduled to run periodically.

I think this feature is important for those of us who listen to podcasts, because right now we must rebuild the database manually each time we want to catch up with the latest podcasts.

    Or possibly even watch the specified folders for change (instead of full rebuild)?

    This is already on my todo list. I will implement at least directory monitoring. Not sure if I also build a cron variant.

    Untill this is done you may setup a cronjob executing wget:
    wget http://<fuppes-ip>:<fuppes-port>/presentation/options.html?rebuild=db
