Compiling Fuppes 660 on CentOS 6.2

I am looking for help compiling on CentOS 6.2. I am able to compile and install and can see the server on my laptop, however my goal is to have it working with the xbox 360. In order for that to work both ffmpeg and taglib are need. I have ffmpeg working however I do not have taglib working even though taglib-devel is installed on my machine. Any help would be appreciated.
