I have had some difficulty determining what the UPnP object types.  Could someone tell me the difference between the UPnP object types:
    AUDIO_ITEM
    AUDIO_ITEM_MUSIC_TRACK
    IMAGE_ITEM
    IMAGE_ITEM_PHOTO
    VIDEO_ITEM
    VIDEO_ITEM_MOVIE
    PLAYLIST

In particular what is the difference between AUDIO_ITEM and AUDIO_ITEM_MUSIC_TRACK or IMAGE_ITEM and IMAGE_ITEM_PHOTO?  When might I use one over the other?

    Thanks,
    Gabe

      Hi!

upnp defines different object types. AUDIO_ITEM is the base type for all music files and should work for most devices. But some devices are very picky about the object type and may require AUDIO_ITEM_MUSIC_TRACK. Most devices accept both.
The same for VIDEO and IMAGE files.

You just have to try which one is the right type for your device.
