Source code for 2.4.1 released

I am amazed at the number of people using this, thank you so much for your support! The new version uses the MANUALSIZE plugin for manual resizing. If anyone feels strongly that it should be hardcoded, feel free to say so. Additional features include buddy icon resizing, a send button and the old typing keys.
