#3 SubmitButton confirm JavaScript bug

When a SubmitButton field is instantiated with a
confirm message, the documentation says that the user
will be asked to confirm their button push with a
JavaScript alert box.

This does not seem to be working. When I define a
SubmitButton with a confirmation message, the HTML that
is rendered does have the JS code for confirmation.
However, no alert box pops up when I push the button.

Other JavaScript dependent fields on the same form
(such as the OrderingField) work, so I know that
JavaScript is working in the browser. In addition, I
see that the HTML for the page does have the
confirmation message embedded in the HTML for the
submit button. So, my guess is that there is something
wrong with the JavaScript being generated.

I see the same problem in IE 5.5 and Phoenix 0.5.
