#18 wrong date after copying files

Hi everybody,

I'm synchronizing folders between the harddisk and a
memory stick.

After copying a newer file to "the other side" the
modified date of the two files differ of 2 seconds.
So synchronizing again the two (identical) files still
result as different.

Is that a bug?
Or fow must I formulate a syncrule so that the
modified date of two files must differ more than 2
seconds to be different.
