Hi,
FullSync stores it's configuration in 
C:\Users\your-username\.config\fullsync\ in files called profiles.xml 
and preferences.properties.
You can back up both of these files and place them in the same path on 
the newly installed windows computer.
If your username changes you need to adjust the path accordingly.
