Hi,
FullSync has a built in scheduler that you coud use to run profiles at 
specific times throughout the day.

If that isn't what you are looking for you could also use another task 
scheduler (Windows has a built in one) to run FullSync profiles using 
the -r command line argument.

To do that you would schedule a task with FullSync.exe (absolute path) 
and arguments: -r "Profile Name"
