#6 backup/sync of open or locked files

Apparently, there is a method in which you can
backup/sync files that are open or "locked". This would
be a very useful addition.

although this sounds very nice one should mention that it
works on windows xp or 2003 with ntfs only. i'll have a look
at it anyway as it sounds pretty interesting, but it's not
of high priority.
