most parts of FullSync should already have a french translation, and I'm definitely interested in having a 100% translation, however there is still a lot of work to do to get there...

FullSync version 0.10.2 has updated French translations are you using that version already?
However even in that version there are lots of things that can't be translated currently and those things will take quite some time to extract from FullSync so they can be translated...
as soon as that's finished you could help by translating those texts to French.
I'll update this Feature Request again as soon as thats completed
