#20 Run as a service

It would be terrific to be able to add profiles as
services. If not, I can use a third party application
to do this, but as it stands once a profile runs you
need to click "Go" to actually start the task. Perhaps
it would be useful to add an option to select the
default action to take (ie. Add new, Update->Update
etc) and another option to run automatically rather
than pausing for confirmation

as of FullSync 0.10.0 profiles can be run non interactive, which does not wait for you to click Go after comparing the source with the target

Hi!
I also add the request to run the program as service (under windows, at least).
It would be a great feature, to configure a task, schedule, and forget. Otherwise, if the host gets restarted, or the session were the profile is configured is offline, the task won't run.
For me, keeping the current functionality but running as a service is a "must have".
