New install of FullSync 10.2 on Win 7 x64.
Java 1.80_60
When I edit a profile, any selection made in the 'protocol' option box causes a crash. No error message. Nothing in event log. Sorry, I can't provide any more info than that.
I can say for certain that the cause is a malformed entry in the path field. I suspect that no syntax checking is done on this as it is assumed OK. Also, no errors are caught if it is invalid leading to a silent crash.
Best,
Nick

Hi Nick,
sorry for the long delay. I believe I have identified and fixed the issue. Could you try the attached version of FullSync to confirm that it also fixes the issue for you?
And yesterday, i changed many things in my website pages ... !
I runned Fullsync, and the pages modified localy, do not be synced at fist
time to website server, in many moments, it wil be run 3 times or 4 to be
synced !
In the first times before to be synced it showed lines red, and at last
time in green color ... !
I use two way sync !
I thing thats a bug, at early versions, this dont happends ... !

Hi,
please post your issue as a separate bug instead of adding it to an unrelated closed bug.
Please attach your ~/.config/fullsync/fullsync.log to that new bug from a run of FullSync after you experience the described behavior.
Thanks!
Br,
Christoph

It seem this may be caused by (lack of?) syntax checking of the path field.

Hi Nick,
I can't reproduce the crash on a test installation using Windows 7 x64 and Java 8u60 like you did.
I can create profiles, edit profiles, using all protocols...
Could you attach your C:\Users\<username>.config\fullsync\profiles.xml file and describe what you do to make FullSync crash.</username>
Please remove lines that contain "<SecretParam" and remove the values of the password="xxx" (that is remove the xxx part) before you attach it.
Br,
Christoph
HI Cristoph,
Thx for checking.

Hi Nick,
I could reproduce the problem now, will need to have a careful look to figure out why/how FullSync "crashes" here...
Thanks for reporting the problem.
