#66 Incorrect date for "Last Update"

Last update was really on June 4th, but it shows up as April 6th. FullSync should be tested under different Regional Settings of Windows. My settings are set to show short dates as yyyy-MM-dd, but I believe that by default, the Canadian setting is dd/mm/yyyy, while in the US, it's mm/dd/yyyy.

- FullSync 0.10.2
- Windows 7 Enterprise. Version 6.1
- Regional Settings - Format: English (Canada)
- Regional Settings - Short date: yyyy-MM-dd
- Regional Settings - Location: United States

I just changed this code to store the last update independently of the used regional settings - will be fixed in the next FullSync release
