#30 Symlink and reparse point handling not well handled

On windows as well as *nix there is a possibility to
create Symlinks or junctions/reparse points (as they
are called in windows). When syncing these are handled
as normal folders.
I think there should at least be an option to turn off
the following of symlinks (like the /XJ option in robocopy)
As a feature it would be nice to have the option to
create a symlink as a symlink on the destination if it
is in the folder tree you are syncing.
