I just found this php bot project, and thought: hey he we could work together....
I wrote phpSmartIRCclass, its a PHP class that handles all IRC protocol related things, even floodprotection and that stuff.... Its just made for IRC PHP bots or chats... its RFC conform and already almost in a stable state... do you have ICQ or IRC? maybe we can talk a bit... I wait for your reply
