#8 Keychain password used even when wrong

Reported by Matt Bishop:

"Fugu keeps trying to used Keychained Password even though it is wrong.

Steps:

1. Enter a server to connect to and connect.
2. At password prompt, enter an incorrect password.
3. Check the "Add Password to Keychain" box.
4. Click "Authenticate".
5. Fugu doesn't log in due to incorrect password.

EXPECTED:
User returned to Password entry screen to try again.

ACTUAL:
User returned to connection screen. When user tries to reconnect to the
same server, Fugu does not display the password screen but instead uses
Keychained password.

I have to go into "Keychains" in Utilities to clear out the fugu entry.
Ouch!"
