#7 Alias resolution tries to mount network shares

Reported by Peter Fleck:

"My local home folder has an alias to file server at work. If the server isn't
mounted (uses an AFP connection), Fugu puts up a dialog that it's trying
to connect. At work, I can cancel and Fugu just opens. At home, where I'm
on a completely different network, after cancel, Fugu opens (or seems to)
but it's unavailable. You can't get to the Fugu space basically. It shows up
when I command-tab and I can select it but I can't go there. The icon is in
the dock with no triangle beneath it. (I don't keep it in the dock.) If I click
on the icon in the dock, it then gets me to Fugu with a window. Very
strange behavior.

The first time this happened, I deleted the Fugu prefs and that fixed the
problem too."
