[ftp_lookup-general] help to find libncftp-2.8.5-src

hi !
I have download the ftp_lookup-2.0.2-beta, and I read about the INSTALL doc
that tell me copy the tools/* to somewhere in my system.
The first problem I met is that I cannot find the libncftp-2.8.5-src to
compile for my install.
I tried the 3.1.4, but failed. So if anyone can help me to find a way to
successfully compile the tools?
(I copied the tools/* to /usr/local/ftp_lookup_tools/)

the error is
