FTPHP: PHP-based FTP-daemon / News: Recent posts

The daemon has been put into subversion right now. Basic functionality for simple ftp transaction is given, but there is still a lot to do:

- Full command support (I will put a doc about the currently supported commands later, but there are quite a lot.)
- Active FTP connection support: There's just the PASV way at the moment
- Background processing: the daemon should also be able to run in the background as a process and listen up to SIGTERMS
- User management
- Quota management, support for user response messages (yeah, that are rather fancy features)
