#6 Proxy support

I didn't see anything about proxy support on the web
pages that I found, but if FTPfs already has proxy
support, then ignore this. Otherwise, add support for
some kind of proxy, like FTP or Telnet proxies.
Although, telnet proxy support is easier to implement.
