Install NS Visual Studio 6, MSSDK 2005, WinDDK 3790.1830, OpenSSL. Download STLPORT 5.2.1 and BOOST 1.36.0.
Edit go.cmd so corresponding environment variables should point to installed pathes.
Run go.cmd.
Select FtpFS project as default one and do Rebuild all.
