FTPBox apparently only sees changes to local files if it is running. I personally don't want FTPBox running all the time (I try to minimize the number of programs that auto-startup), so what I do is I add/delete/change my local files and then run FTPBox to manually sync the files. The problem is that FTPBox doesn't know anything happened (because it wasn't active when I was changing my files)... Another scenario where this would be a problem is if you're updating the files on your laptop but you don't have internet access.. That would lead to similar problems I guess.
Would it be possible to have some kind of feature where you can ask FTPBox to "synchronize everything"? I.e. that it checks the server to see which files are present there and then compares it with the local files it has. If there are local files that are not on the server, they should be scheduled for upload... Thanks!
