FTPBox looks great but for my purposes I cannot use it yet. I need these features:
1. Upload only
I would use this to sync TO my server, never FROM. This of course should be an option for different needs
2. Check only new files
I have a folder that have lots of files but I only want to sync files created/modified after some date/time.
I think those are not complicated to implement and I'm sure I'm not the only one who needs those :)

I have one-way syning in mind, it has been requested alot lately...
I'll also keep your second suggestion in mind, it's not a bad idea. I am about to add selective sync, in which the user will be able to select what files/folders get synced based on filenames, extensions, parent folders etc. Their created/last modified time could be another option, as well...
