Hi,
in some cases, many big files are changed rapidly. (e.g. if you are working with Visual Studio). Therefore it would be nice if there were the ability to stop syncing temporary (e.g. from a context menu entry).
Alternative to this you could add an "on-demand modus".

This has already been added for the next release. I have made it so the user can select whether syncing is automated or manual, and there's also an option to pause/resume syncing from the tray menu.
