#4 PBSZ 0 after retr/stor with CPSV in fxpFile()

The command issued after RETR/STOR on CPSV based ssl
site-to-site transfers should've been "PBSZ 0" instead
of "PROT 0".

This patch fixes this (latest cvs, just checked out,
applies to fxpFile() in FTPConnection)

    i was just told that there was a problem with my patch/the
    cpsv site-to-site transfer implementation in ftp4che.
    I'll upload the fixed patch in a few...
