I just took another look at the main part of pkt2txt, and realized that I 
wrote this very sloppy.

I need to redo some of it. I'll be doing that this weekend instead of 
anything else, as I think this will make it easier to extend the code later.

The main functions will remain the same, but there's some major clean-up I 
can do on some of this. I'll leave the command line parsing alone, so that 
you can plug it into what I get done. :)
