FSTAB wizard - a friendlier installation of partitions

will also create SAMBA entries if needed

Tested against:
Raspberry Pi B+
Debian Wheezy

Prerequisites:
- Raspberry Pi
- Debian Wheezy installed from raspberrypi.org image repository and rapi-config completed (FS expanded)
- Internet connection for the Pi

Probably also usable on other Debian based systems (Ubuntu etc?)

How to use:
- wget https://sourceforge.net/p/fstabwizard/code/ci/master/tree/fstabwizard.sh?format=raw -O fstabwizard.sh
- run bash fstabwizard.sh <optional:file to="" add="" smbconfigitems="" as="" argument="">
- enter the parameters requested
