So I'm thinking that the sharks with laser beams (hereafter laser sharks or swlb) should behave like regular sharks, for the most part.
During the processing loop, it should check if any targets are lined up with the laser - if so, it fires. I haven't decided yet if the laser should behave like a real laser or more like a "blaster" from various sci-fi movies, where you see the energy pulse traveling much slower than the speed of light. The laser would probably be simpler, but the blaster would likely be more entertaining.
