Small improvements & Pinell support

• Possibility to specify a non-standard Port to be used for communication instead of default 8080. This is required for devices like "Pinell SuperSound II" (which uses port 2244). To make it work you must append the port number to the IP. Example: "192.168.1.100:2244". Thanks to Vidar from Norway for testing.
