Small improvements & Pinell support

• Possibility to specify a non-standard Port to be used for communication instead of default 8080. This is required for devices like "Pinell SuperSound II" (which uses port 2244). To make it work you must append the port number to the IP. Example: "192.168.1.100:2244".
• New button to mute until next title change (Ctrl+Space)
• New 'Send' button to trigger Test-To-Speech
• Small behavior improvements
• Keyboard shortcuts reviewed and completed
• Contextual menu in History list view
• User favorites portal link updated (https://smartradio.frontier-nuvola.net)
