#1 FAKEYDB: VHOST'ed Servers cannot be used

KNOWN BUG:
FAKEYDB:
Web Servers which are doing Virtual Hosting
(eg. your Domain Name which is not canonical to the
real servername) cannot be used for FakeyDB.
this is because the "Host: ..." client-header, which is
needed for virtual hosting to work, is not re-written.

Look for this to be fixed in a future release!!
