#83 string4 vs. XML RPC

In betty.rpc.client, I get "Can't process the request
because a value of type "string4" can't be represented
in XML-Data at this time."

I have a fairly recent root; the last change noted in
the script is 6/19/05.

Probably NOT high priority; just putting it here for
the record.
