When starting FRODO by just double-clicking on its executable JAR file, the console is not displayed, and it is not possible to consult the outputs of the algorithm (other than the GraphViz representations of the constraint graph and of the chosen variable order). To see the console messages it is currently necessary to start FRODO from the command line; it would be better if the console were also displayed when just double-clicking on frodo2.jar.

This is a request by Dimitrios Athanasiadis.

Notice that there is another workaround (on top of starting FRODO from the command line): you should be able to configure your Java installation so that the console is always displayed (but then this will apply to every time you start Java, not just every time you start FRODO).
