FripTV 0.18 released

On December 23rd 2005, I committed the first 6 files of what has now become FripTV into my personal CVS repository. Today, FripTV 0.18 has been released to Sourceforge. Be sure to check the ChangeLog and read the README file for all the new options. Enjoy!
