I created a link called ArnoldDejesus and later learned
that it should be ArnoldDeJesus. The second link
pointed to the same content as the first. Also, when
clicked through the link ArnoldDeJesus, the page
rendered was labeled ArnoldDejesus.

Friki stores its pages as files in a directory, and so can only
be case-sensitive if the underlying filing systems is. On
Unix/Linux systems file names are case sensitive, so such
page names are different, on Windows systems file names are
not case sensitive, so such page names will refer to the same
    page.

This can't be fixed without a major change to the way pages
are stored (using a database, for example). There is a
possibility that this will be an option, in a future version, but
not in the near futire, so I've marked this closed for the
    moment. Sorry.
