#13 Vanadium DWF only valid at approx. room temperature

Frida seems to use tables for the DWF-correction of the vanadium that are only correct when measuring at approximatively room temperature (I was told by Florian).

Frida neither warns me nor quits the normalizing procedure for vanadium measured at 150K.
